Terms of Service

The rules for using Hotel Lobby Video, buying credits and sharing the videos you make.

These terms apply to hotellobbyvideo.net ("Hotel Lobby Video", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

Hotel Lobby Video turns two photos you upload into a short AI-generated video of those people performing a rap duet in an orange booth, in the style of the "Hotel Lobby" trend. Videos are rendered by a third-party AI model (MiniMax H3 through kie.ai). Results are generated automatically and can differ from what you expect: faces, hands, lip movement and timing are not guaranteed to be accurate.

Hotel Lobby Video is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, Quality Control Music, Motown or COLORS.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits.

What you may upload

You may only upload photos, audio and video that you have the right to use, of people who have agreed to appear in your video. You must not upload or create:

  • images of a person without their consent, or of anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent;
  • sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content, or content involving minors in any such way;
  • content that harasses, threatens, defames or demeans anyone;
  • content designed to make a real person, including a public figure, appear to say or do something in order to deceive people;
  • content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or publicity rights, or that is otherwise illegal.

We may refuse, stop or delete renders, and suspend accounts, that break these rules. The AI provider may also decline inputs it considers unsafe; when that happens you are not charged.

Credits, previews and payments

  • Your first preview is free, once per person. It plays with a watermark until you unlock it.
  • Credits are used to unlock a preview or to create a video. The number of credits a video uses is shown before you confirm.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Monthly plan credits are valid for that month plus a short grace period. Yearly plan credits are granted at the start of the billing year and are valid for that year.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Credits you already received remain usable until they expire.
  • If a render fails, the credits it used are returned automatically.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your videos and your rights

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos and clips you upload. You give us a limited license to store, process and send them to our AI provider solely to create your video and to operate the service.

You may download and share the videos you unlock. You are responsible for how you use them, including any music rights: the reference track used for lip-sync is for the performance only, and if you want the original "Hotel Lobby" song on your post, add it through the platform you post to (for example TikTok or Instagram) under that platform's licenses. AI-generated videos may need to be labeled as AI-made on some platforms; follow their rules.

Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. Rendering depends on third-party providers and may be slow or paused at times.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will note it on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
