Billing questions
What does one credit buy?
Credits pay for rendering. A standard 12-second HD Hotel Lobby video is 10 credits, whether you unlock a free preview or create a new video directly.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. Monthly plan credits last for that month (plus a short grace period) and refresh when the plan renews. Yearly plan credits arrive up front and last for the billing year.
What if a render fails?
You are not charged. The credits go back to your balance automatically; you do not need to contact us.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time from Orders in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; credits you already received stay usable until they expire.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs and unused first plan payments can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy for the details.
